Every staff tried to do their best. I could enjoy coffe furniture installed at lobby Whenever I want to drink. I could enjoy a spacious room.

The breakfast and room facility was good. Hotel staff were very helpful.

The AC was inop and water was pouring from it the whole night.I could not get some sleep. Besides, I still did not get my key deposit money back until now.

Breakfast almost same every day and in Executive room also they don’t give face tissue and cotton buds that’s makes not happy

Great location for the BTS, yards outside the hotel. Staff, polite and accommodating. Very clean, great pool. Complimentry welcoming drink and cake in the cafe.

It's a chain of hotels and the staff have because of that difficulties to be flexible with the managements rules. Example check in is 2 pm and if they have room alredy finished for guests they can not let anyone go to the room except if they pay 1000 baht. That is ridicules and not very good if you want to be a serviceminded hotel. But the staff at the reception is doing its best but its a rule what I understand that comes from higher up in the management. So if the management is reading this, please give the reception more flexibility to solve problems so they can give better service to their customers.

Its a very quiet place and very well located. Very good and rapid cleaning of the room. They were always ready to come clean the room at any time of the day.

Location is great and the house keepers were amazingly nice.

1. The guy on the front disk called me one hour 10 min before my check out time and he approached me in a threatening way to be down before 12:00 I said ok and he repeated his threat offensively to be down, then I went down to ask why did that happen? He said the same sentence that every receptionist say whenever you ask for late check out “the room is already booked and we need it as soon as possible “ but the thing that I didn’t ask for late check out or anything. 2. My room was very close to the train rail which I had to listen to the train noise every 2 min during the day, I already uploaded a photo that shows the room location. 3. The water tap inside the toilet is very small the way you can’t wash your both hands together as shown in pic.

Nothing to like

Not a nice hotel, very old with paint peeling off walls, mould and damp everywhere. Avoid this place unless you want fo feel what its like to stay in a abandoned derelict building.

Beautiful lobby, generally polite staff and greAt buffet breakfast.

Was worn, staff often spoke little English, rooms were small, website was misleading, pool area needed a serious upgrade and the location is not good for tourists.

Nice! Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable stay. Good-cleanliness in catering (buffet breakfast). Hotel close to the train station, the markets, 7 eleven, eateries, and other shops nearby to get what you need.

Hotel needs a big refreshment in term of decoration and maintenance. My room smelled humidity and looked a bit old

We were on a buy road and it was noisy and the hotel refused to change our room, 4 nights!! For some reason their Room key cards are precious, we were required to leave a THB1,000 deposit on check in The internet didn't work properly, weak signal and it kept dropping out. The whole place needs to be completely renovated The staff we unfriendly, with breakfast service almost non-existent, too busy on their phones or eating themselves

One of the girl at the reception was rude. When I asked if I can stay a bit longer after the checkout time, the answer was rude. She said for even one extra minute after 12 we will have to pay 1000 baht. Ok the payment is fine but the telling approach should have been different.

Everything. The stuff is incompetent. They don’t care about the guests at all. Took 1.5 hours to check in. A look of confusion on their face. Very poor English. Cheap mannerism. They’ll ask you for every single cent. Location near train tracks and loud traffic. Rooms smell like smoke. Don’t let the photos fool you. Swimming & suana are super old. Suana smells like urine. You’ll believe you’re getting a good deal when you match the photos with the price. But I was dooped. The photos are misleading. This hotel is worth 400 baht per night max. Other than that. If you can ignore the scam of the photos, the smell, the staff, and the inflated price. If none of that bothers you, you’ll be fine. Some employee will reply to this comment trying to justify and apologize for the horrible experience. But no apology necessary. The damage is done. I won’t be returning. 1 stars

I've​ got​ a​ deluke room​ which​ cost only​ 1,3xx baht.​ The​ room​ is​ very​ large with​ one​ living room, one​ bathroom​ and​ one​ bedroom.​ They​ provide​ a​ microwave and​ some​ plates so​ that​ you​ can​ buy your​ meals from​ the​ supermarket or​ the​ fresh market​ to​ dine in​ your​ room.​ The​ location​ is​ okay.​ It​ take​ around​ 5-10​ minute​s​ by​ foot​ from​ the​ skytrain station​ Prakanong.​ The​re​ are.plenty of​ nice​ restaurant​s​ nearby.​ The​ fresh​ market​ (local​ one)​ is​ just​ 5​ minute​s​ away.​ In​ my​ opinion, the​ best​ offer​ is​ breakfast.​ It​ was​ good​ in​ terms​ of​ taste, quality​ and​ variety.

The​ hotel​ is​ quite old​ and​ needs some​ renovation.​ You​ can​ notice​ water​ leak in​ the​ ceiling on​ the​ corridor (my​ room​ was​ on​ the​ forth floor)​. There​ are​ only​ a​ few english​ television program​s​ provided.​ That's​ all.

Lobby staff attitude worse than awful. Their work is joyless like the guests are a nuisance. Customer training staff actually need to be re-trained themselves. I think they fall asleep about their job. My advice for their HR department go down the road and see how Sheraton Grand, Marriot or Cente Point train their staff. I’ll be staying in 1 of those next time. When I check out they tried keep my deposit because they said I didn’t check out on time. I had actually checked out before the limit but was sitting talking to someone in the lobby. After I complained the staff finally said manager told her it’s her fault because she didn’t call the room to check and the money will come from her salary. She tried to make me feel I’m guilty for it. My god just happy happy to check out. This hotel needs a hard slap on the face and need to wake up. The rooms are old and tired. The lobby staff too bored and demoralized, the swimming pool too shallow you can’t enjoy swim properly. This hotel should be renamed NOHOPELAND. How NOT to run a hotel. The owners should retire out of the hospitality industry. Go and do something else guys.
